This map is for my friends living in nyc, and all the frequently traveling musicians I know. It’s the subway system combined with google maps. Try typing in your address. You can click on the stations, drag the map around, and there’s also zoom buttons in the upper left corner.
Another great site is hopstop, which gives you door to door directions via the subways in ny, san fran, chicago, boston, and washington. It’s like mapquest for subway riders.
